Test Engineer (TE3)
Security Requirements: US Citizen and Current Top Secret SCI Clearance w/Full-Scope Polygraph
The candidate will work on a team tasked to inventory and capture in a Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) tool the set of components (e.g., Systems, Services, Functions, etc.) comprising the objective solution to include some or all of the following: requirements, involved logical and physical interfaces, relevant data flows, and anticipated systems behavior. The team will review and analyze the Solution MBSE-generated models, together with supporting technical documentation, to determine a most reasonable set of test scenarios and associated test cases sufficient for verification and validation of integrated capability threads. The team will also produce appropriate system documentation (e.g., Interface Definitions, Functional Flow Block Diagrams, Physical Internal Block Diagrams, etc.).
A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of experience as a Test Engineer (TE). Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Must have at least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in the Intelligence Community (IC). Must have at least (5) years of demonstrated experience in performing or managing testing and integration of software-intensive programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, process development and evaluation, and standards.
